I Do It for the LOLZ

Shaky camera work? Check. Creepy dad too close to the microphone? Check. Obnoxious mom laughing in the background? Check.

All the makings of a cute baby video.

Caine's Arcade

Children are amazing.

I saw this video on Colossal, my favoritist internet art site. This kid, Caine, built himself an arcade... out of CARDBOARD BOXES. Not the likeness of an arcade. Not a representation of an arcade. An actual arcade. Now maybe it's because Caine reminded me of Jameson, but my eyeballs might have gotten a little moist while watching.

Definitely get a Fun Pass. It's the best deal.

Big Mac Attack

I recently boasted lamented that I could eat a Big Mac in six bites. The truth is, I've never actually counted how many bites it takes me to finish the sandwich.

So I decided to find out.

Well, it's less than six bites. And that was with very little effort.

Who knows -- maybe if I pushed myself I could finish a Big Mac in one bite.

This is how the pros do it.

Are They All Clean?

In our house it's a rule that you have to wash your hands at least as long as it takes to sing the ABC song.

Guess we should make it a rule to actually put your hands under the water, too.

The Morning After

The morning after the wedding, my sister-in-law's mother invited us all over for breakfast. It was delicious and much appreciated.

Some of us were nursing hangovers... some of us weren't.

Well, this is it.

The Whole Summer

Fall doesn't officially begin until September 23, but let's face it, summer is over. School has started, the first soccer games are in the bag, week one of the NFL season is over, the pools are closed and it's actually getting cold at night.

So, in honor of the changing of the seasons, today I present to you a montage of images from Summer 2011.

(Forgive me, but YouTube has jacked up the opening title.)

That was pretty much every picture I took this summer. I get exhausted just watching it.

Always Amelia

Speaking of retro, we watched some old videos of the kids last night. When you're expecting a new baby there's nothing like watching video of your old babies to make you feel all sappy and emotional. You know the spiel -- they get big too fast, you wish you could relive those moments, blah, blah, blah.

I love watching these clips of the children and seeing how defined their personalities were at such a young age. In the video below, Amelia isn't even two yet, but she's SOOOOO Amelia. The intensity. The dramatic flair. The volume. Nothing's changed.

Darwin Award

You know how your kids do something over and over again that impresses you enough to make you go grab the video camera but when you finally return with the camera they never replicate what attracted your attention in the first place so that you're once again left with some insipid video footage that you just end up deleting?

Well, this is not one of those situations.

When you've got a big booty, make sure you clear the ottoman. (The only injuries were to Darwin's ego, so I was totally allowed to laugh. A lot.)

Office Life

Sometimes I miss my old corporate life.  The professionalism, the sense of accomplishment, the relationship building. Oh yeah, and threatening Paul with pseudo karate moves.

And see that little pink badge in the upper right hand corner?  Click on it every day to vote for the Fall of James as your favorite "Parents with Multiples" blog.  I'm probably the only dude on the list - just trying to break through the LCD ceiling.

And the Internet Wins Again

If I had a mind left to be blown away, it would be splattered across the office wall right now. YouTube user kutiman has created another, maybe better, mashup of random, unrelated, YouTube music pieces. This is why the internet was invented.

Much Better!

2012 is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. But throw in Yakity Sax and it's pure gold.

Worth a Thousand

This seems like a pleasant way to start a Monday morning.  It's vaguely reminiscent of a Wes Andersen movie with all the dialogue parts removed.  You'll probably want to watch it a few times...

Flying Car

This is the video of not just the week, but the month.  Probably year, too.  It's not exactly brilliant, but it's certainly jaw dropping.  And it happened on a stretch of road that I drive down more than once a week.

This is police cruiser footage of a single car accident that took place this morning on a highway in my city.  It's the most amazing crash video I've ever seen.  Unbelievably, the latest reports say the driver is still alive.  I heard about the crash this morning on the radio, but I just saw the video when my cousin posted it to his Facebook page.
