Well, I've been researching the "Free to Good Home" issue on the internet and it turns out that there are definitely risks with giving your pets away for free.
"Risks"? You mean risks like "they might come back"? Just like in a Disney film where the dog and cat travel clear aross the US to find the owners who moved to another state.
