Brilliant! ...and a reminder to me to maintain the veil of secrecy about what comes from where as long as possible.I have found myself wishing that more foods were like "pork" and "beef", which are not terribly obvious that they come from a "pigs" and "cows". I'm hoping I won't eventually have to resort to calling chicken "white meat", but I could see where it could happen.HA!
